For a truly unique experience, the other attractions in our park will be illuminated too, including our giant maze, sledge run, crazy golf, jumping pillows and zip slides.
Enjoy some warming food and winter drinks in our coffee shop or hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows at our festive firepits.

Magical Winter Nights 2024 will run from Friday 6th – Tuesday 24th December
Entry slots are available every half hour from 4.15pm. Event nights end at 9pm every Friday & Saturday, with all other evenings ending at 8pm
With limited ticket numbers it is essential that you book online to secure your preferred date and time

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Tickets can be transferred to another date/arrival time up to 48 hours before the time/date stated on your ticket, or into another name via Citizen Ticket’s website.
Please note – season pass holder tickets cannot be transferred into another name.

No – please feel free to print your ticket or display it on your mobile phone or other device when checking in.
All attendees MUST be checked in on arrival using the unique QR code which is displayed on each ticket.
If you have lost your tickets please contact support@citizenticket.co.uk Confirmation emails containing your tickets are usually received within 5 minutes of the booking being placed. If you have not received your confirmation email please check your junk folder. If you still cannot locate your confirmation please contact Citizen Ticket.
We will only close the park/cancel an event if it is deemed unsafe. If we have to cancel an event attendees will be notified as soon as possible using the email address used to book tickets. You will be given the option to re-book for another date or apply for a refund. Updates will also be posted on our website and social media channels.
In order for us to manage check-ins it is important that you arrive as close as possible to the time shown on your ticket and booking email.
No matter which time slot you arrived in you are welcome to stay until the end of the event (Fri – Sat 9pm, all other nights 8pm)
Our country park can become wet underfoot at this time of year. Although our trail does have pathways, due to the nature of our wooded areas and potentially challenging conditions it is not recommended for buggies and unsuitable for wheelchairs.
With the exception of hearing and guide dogs who are assisting a visitor, we cannot allow dogs or other pets in our centre or country park.
Please be aware this event takes place outdoors in our Country Park in December and conditions can be muddy underfoot in places. We recommend wearing warm/waterproof clothing and sturdy boots or wellies.
Event marshals will be positioned around the park. Should you have any issues or questions whilst attending the event, they will be happy to assist you. Marshals will be easily identifiable by their fluorescent vests.
First aiders will be in attendance at the event. You will find green first aid signs around our park with a telephone number to call should you require medical assistance. If you cannot find a first aid sign please alert an event marshal, or call our centre phone number on 01356 626813.
Please be aware this is an outdoor event in a country park with a lake. It is important that all visitors take care whilst moving around the park. Please note that the ground can be uneven or muddy in places.

Yes. A range of hot food and hot or cold drinks can be purchased from our Coffee Shop. You can also purchase hot chocolate and toast marshmallows at our Festive Fire Pits (food/drinks are not included in the ticket price)
No – consumption of any alcohol brought into our centre or park would constitute a breach of our licensing agreement.
Yes. We have ladies and gents toilets available within our country park. Disabled toilets and baby changing facilities can also be found near the entrance of the park, in our store and coffee shop.
Yes. Our store will remain open for any purchases until the end of the event each evening
